Fortunately I haven't had may racsit comments towards me.
The most racist comment I've ever gotten was your not black.
I am an african-american be aparently since I speak english correctly, and don't sing R&B/rap songs all the time I'm not. It's really a stupid thing to say and really upsets me, I thought I was African-american because of my skin color and where my ancestors came from.
But I do know my mom says racist things like asians can't drive, and spanish people are alway pregnant. But I don't really respect her and she knows that. And my brother doesn't like too many white people (europeans) because quite a few have be racist towards him.

I don't get many racist comments like I used to...
Someone assumed I was Japanese which is rare. Wish I was! xD
But I had the Ching Ching Chang chant. xD And when the teacher talked about chinese history topic and someone said something about the tiny squinted eyes... They all looked at me! Even though my eyes isn't tiny! Can't remember anymore racists comments...
Except a guy called me chingy chang, but another guy backed me up once...

ive never really had any 'racist' experiences ..i think.
i dont really have any kind of cultural background (or whichever its called)
the only time ive been picked on is by the black girls from my past school.
but one day i found them bullying one of my indian friends asking if she was 'white or black',and,obviously..it wasnt in a mature or polite manner.I confronted them, they went off on me (luckily they didnt touch me),and after a few days they ran into me and apoligized saying they 'respect' what i had said to them the day before.i was pretty surprised !! haha
ever since then everythings been pretty smooth.

Oh God, I experience the same exact thing. Except I get threats and more things than that. @__@ I live in Massachusetts and in the town of Dalton, and I'm the only Asian in my school. I don't get it. My older brother's generation of kids love having him as the Asian around, and think he's awesome and think that Asian culture is awesome, but when it comes to me, all the guys are so irritating, that I almost resorted to kicking one once. = 3= Not in a pretty place either.

I have the same problem...OMGosh!
I get it all the time, cause I listen to other songs and things that the other african-american kids in my school dont listen to.
And eventhough I'm mixed...it isn't really that obvious.
So the first thing people say is "Your white washed"
And it ticks me off to the maximum...
Just because I talk actual english and do my work, and don't talk loud in the hallways or act tough and things.
One thing that makes me laugh to death is...
I can't listen to rock, and seeing an african-american rocker, Emo, Scene kid whatever the labels are. Is so unual and wrong.
Yet, There's people like Paul Wall and Eminem rapping and stuff.
There are some white kids at my school who say "you are not white..."
But then I say "Well, your not black...I'll stop when you stop."
Gosh, it gets me so angry.
Whoa...I got alot off my chest just now. *sigh*

I know how that feels...When I first moved to Georgia, I was like 9 or so, kids at school kept calling me "White Girl"...At first it didn't bug me, but as they said it more and more, it was like, "I'm just as black as the rest of ya'll". I've gotten past that now, but my peers are still like that....
Even today people think of me as "white" because I like rock and j-pop...I like rap and stuff too, but they don't see that...

OMG.... you guys said everything I wanted to say! I'm asian though, but I know poeple who are called that and I am also called that. It's because I speak proper and don't like hip hop/rap all that much. Gosh... they're so ignorant.

Not so much racist but more offensively ignorant....
Like people presuming all my family are alchoholics and stuff.
Once I was in France at a show and the seat guide person (I can't remember what it's called...) brought us to our seats in the theatre and said something like "When are you returning to England" and my dad was like "Oh no we're from Ireland" and he goes "Oh you should've said so" and moved us closer XD I was happy for us but kind of annoyed because it was kind of anti english

beware: i get corny
sometimes i feel kind of bad to be filipino because of all the racism.
have any of you read the racism towards filipinos letter by "art bell"
*which turned out to be a hoax.. but someone wrote it and someone feels this way so much that they take so time and effort to hurt a really struggling country*
i admit that when i go to the philippines, a lot of people are rude but we're not savages so i dont expect people to treat us all. we're STRUGGLING but we're slowly and happily developing.
philippines, is a BEAUTIFUL country if you find the real home-y feeling, i promise you.
china is FULL OF RICH culture, please be proud!
japan is respected SO much by many countries, some would dieee to be even 1/99th japanese.. haha
south east asians (not sure but around india... haha im only 14 so :P) are friggin beautiful & i looove their culture so much.
the whole continent of africa and the people from it are home to some of the most BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
europe is geographically AMAZING.. lots of history and inventions
south america has good food, great lands, and from my friends, they are really outgoing and fun loving
EVERYwhere is going to be mean and NO ONE COUNTRY is perfect so never compare yourself to anyone.
there is racism in EVERY COUNTRY!!!! and its sad. the only way to beat it is if we ignore it, prove it wrong with our success and be nice to people who aren't... basically.. live like a normal, healthy, happy human being!!!

Damn right, i know how you feel! They do the EXACT same thing in our class, I got so pissed off that I wanted to.. well, punch that person in the face or something. What sucks is that I'm the only Chinese girl in my grade that would actually stand up for myself. There's another chinese girl but uh, she's in a different class so only 2 of my culture, which kind of sucks. =P I swear, I never said anything, and I bet you didn't either, so I kept wondering "What did I ever say about you or your culture?" I have a friend, but she's Filipino, and she keeps saying "Oh my gosh Janice, calm down." and all that calm down stuff. She kind of pisses me off with that too because she doesn't know how it's like, and when they do that to her, she gets all mad, but you don't see me going "Oh my gosh, calm down."...well, uh, Lol, anyways, don't do what i do, that's one thing ^^"""
