You know if you are a BBC if...
1)Your parents run a greasy Chinese takeaway
2) Your friend's parents worked in a distinctly non-greasy office
3) You spent every weekend of your teens taking telephone orders or frying rice.
4) Your friends spent every weekend of their teens getting drunk and getting laid
5) You spent every Sunday of your teens with your whole bloody family having Dimsum in Chinatown
6) Your friends spent every Sunday of their teens sneaking out of their boy/girlfriend's bed nursing a nasty hangover
7) Your parents slagged you off because you only got 2As and 7Bs in your GCSEs
8) Your friend's parents issued lavish praise over their children for attaining 2As and 7Bs in their GCSEs
9) Your parents have already decided that you WILL become a doctor/lawyer/accountant
10) Your friend's parents (who ARE doctors/lawyers/accountants) will let their kids become anything they want to be (i.e. surf instructor, holiday program presenter, regular Chinese takeaway customers....)
11) Your parents were an embarrassment at School parent's evenings
12) Your friends' parents were they epitemy of cool at School parent's evenings
13) At intro week at University when you introduce yourself with your given name everybody just replies 'What was that????'
14) At intro week at Uni everybody else gets laid upon first introductions (and THEN they say 'What was that????')
