Cool Calling All Dutch-speakers!

This word is from the movie Eurotrip, and is the featured "safety word" when the characters were in a sex club in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

It is FLÜGGÅƏNK∂€ČHIŒβØL∫Ên

Hopefully you can see that...can anybody tell me what that means (if that has any real meaning)...? Also, the proper pronunciation of that word?

Thanks!

Haha XD
It's not a Dutch word - for sure.
I thaught maybe it was something 'German-like',
cause alot of people think Dutch people speak German T_T.

But some site told me this:

The "safe word" that Cooper attempts to say is "FLÜGGÅƏNK∂€ČHIŒβØL∫ÊN," a completely made up word that contains characters from many European languages, as well as the Euro currency symbol €.
