OK so I just bought a WOk and I only know ONE easy recipe for my new wok and do any of you guys have any EASY wok recipes?

I like making rice noodles in a wok. You soak some rice noodles and then when they're soft you drain them, fry some strips of beef, chicken, tofu, what ever strikes your fancy. Chuck in some sliced carrot, snow pea and shredded cabbage, put the rice noodles in and pour on some kecap manis (sweet soya sauce) or just plain soya sauce. AND YEAH!!

Hope that helped but you probably already knew that one.

Also woks are good for tempura. i love tempura.
