Uhh yay spanish! I've been taking spanish for longer than I'd like to admit and I'm still no good T_T anyway...
Hola, No me gusta español porque no es muy bien. Yo compendo español mejor que yo hablar lo.
I hope this made sense because I don't really have anybody to speak to in spanish and I always forget the words :P

hola! me llamo Jen. Yo vivo en Nueva York! Yo estudie en la clase de espanol para Cinco anos pero no quiero estudiar dos anos mas.
I forgot much of my spanish. My past tense for "estudiar" is probably wrong. I could try taking spanish class next year if I really wanted to, but... I really don't.

Does anybody else find it incredibley hard to remember when to use the preterite and when to use the imperfect?

Past tenses are horrible.
I find future tense easier, which is why half the verbs I used during the speaking exam of the spanish state testing were future tense XD
it just sounds better than saying "yo voy a [verb]" all the time

aww Me and most of my friends are learning or was learning spanish, but we have no teacher in spanish anymore (nobody actually know where our teacher have gone =S) so... right now we don't have a teacher in spanish so I and all the other who read spanish is forced to go to the Sve/Eng classes instead (it's for swedish/english, extra classes for those who have to raise there marks) It sucks!! =(

My class hasn't gotten to future tenses yet (but will in a week or two I think)....it's the "iendo" "ando" stuff right? O: |

"-iendo" "-ando" is present. Future is:
El ni~o jug ará hoy.
El espa~ol no es tan dificil de entender. Aunque...algunas veces se me hace dificil la gramatica. Es un poco ironico. Mi idioma principal es el espa~ol y me gusta mas el ingles! 
Yeah...sorry I didn't put the acentos...xD

Hola todos! Yo hablaba espanol con fluidez cuando yo era en High school pero ya no lo hablo porque no hay muchos latinos aqui en mi universidad y por eso, a veces no puedo pensar de las palabras que quiero decir cuando hablo o escribo. Espero que este tema me puede ayudar!
