I have heard about the place but I never knew that most of their clothes were korean made. It's very rare that I even go to the mall right around this time because everyone usually starts Christmas shopping and good luck trying to get to a store in there.

Forever 21 was actually started by a Korean American or something, so yea I guess it makes sense.

I do think that some of the stuff at Forever 21 are cute, but the problem is that most of their clothes are not of good quality, especially the ones that are cheap in pricing. I learned that the hard way, so now I realize that spending more money is worth it, knowing that the clothes will last much longer and retain it's shape after many washes.

Sorry, but I'd rather spend $50-$70 on a pair of jeans at Abercrombie (& Fitch) that will last me 3 years (I have a pair that has no holes on any parts of it, except the bottom seam since I tend to drag my feet, thus dragging the jeans, lol) and they are actually still durable. I got a skirt at Reference (owned by Forever 21) and a hole formed in it after 5 months. =_= And the skirt costs $25, whereas I got a skirt on sale at Abercrombie for $25 and it lasts much longer. I guess it just depends.

Of course, I do admit I like some of the clothes that they (Forever 21) sell. If only they made them with higher quality material. I support H&M more, since their clothes are cheap AND high quality.

I learned a while back that Forever 21 was created by a Korean American. Unfortunately they don't have any stores in my area, so I wouldn't know much about their quality.

I really do not think abercrombie is that great of quality...I always stretch out my clothes or find holes because the clothes are so thin. I do love abercrombie but for the shirts or jackets. It really does depend on what you are buying at any store. I refuse to buy abercrombie's pants because I can find just as good pants anywhere else. I love Pac Sun's jeans. 2 for $50 is a steal! Esp for skinny jeans. They last forever! I still have mine for like 5years already. Flare jeans can be as much as $15. I think aeropostale can be an alternative for some of abercrombie (any of those chains) clothes. I bought a non-seethrough top at aeropostale thats suuuper cheap and nice quality for $9 compared to a super thin top at abercrombie at $16 (ugh that killed me).

You just need to look around. I believe that spending more on stuff is worth it because it does last longer but I can find something just as good, I will buy it.

I don't know if I'm rambling or trying to make a point but I guess I'm trying to save you money.

Ahh okay. I'll shut up now.

Yeah i my self dont find Abercombie very high quality as well..... My friends mom is a clothing alterer and she said that the fabric they use isent that great of quality and pretty regular hand work. In my area u can t even get a abercombie shirt for $16 not even the really thin ones. Probly around $35 and maybe $25 when its on sale. Stores like Aeropostal and others really can compare up to them and with a lower price. although the styles that they have in stores like these arent really " original", there sorta just ur basics.

Me. I just get really cute cheap thingys cuz i hate always haveing to be like omg i cant do this being relaxed cuz i m scared to get my shirt dirty. Instead when it does get dirty or riped i can just get something new and throw the old out with out feeling heart broken. And this way i m always where something new >.<

Anyways ii think i ranbuled enough.......illl stop...........NOW

iirabuii - Ah, perhaps it was a mistake for me to compared A&F with Forever 21, since each line targets different demographics. Not races, but rather demographics in terms of fashion trends. However, I feel that you guys think I only wear clothes from A&F, when I do not.

I have bought 3 pairs of jeans from PacSun before, but they did not last longer than 1 year - they eventually had holes in them, and I probably wore each pair once a week. I used to really like shopping at PacSun back in the day. :P So I realized that it wasn't worth my money, despite their sales. I DO have some shirts from there and Anchor Blue - they carry some similar brands.

Forever 21 - I bought quite a few items here (yes, quite a bit) and the seams/stitching would often star to wear or hang off after a number of washes. Sure, I was paying half the price compared to other labels, but I tend to be a picky shopper who wants to wear clothes for the long-term, not throw away clothes season after season. However, Forever 21 does have a lot of clothes similar to high fashion label designs, so it's nice that it's affordable. Again, I repeat - I have bought a numerous amount of F21 clothes in the past. Oh yea and some shirts tend to get ball-y, you know what I mean? like it's supposed to be smooth, but after some GENTLE washes, they get all knotty or it looks like there's these tiny balls there. Fortunately I have a shaver.

Abercrombie - I almost NEVER buy things for full price here anymore. My friends and sister currently work or used to work at A&F and A&F kids store, so yea I get things on a discount. In addition, I do buy items when they are clearanced/sale. However, I still think the price that I pay for them are legit. In addition, I wear Abercrombie kids jeans (size 12 slim) since I'm really petite.

Aeropostale - Waste of money because I feel that quite a bit of their clothes tend to fall within the quality of Forever 21 - they don't last a while. Their jeans/pants tend to loosen after wearing them for 1 day, which doesn't look very good. ^^;; Honestly, I even shop at American Eagle Outfitters, which is made of much better material, albeit a little more pricey (not much though) compared to Aero. They also have a large number of sales as well, so I totally support them. :]

Express - quality and comfort. Too bad their clothes are too big for me, but I have a few items that do fit me and they are pretty cheap if you get them on sale. Also I used to work at Express, so discounts would get me MANY good quality and nice shirts for $7-$12 each.

H&M - the best store EVER in terms of quality and affordable prices.

Oh yea and I hardly wear clothes that have a huge brand over the front of them. I'm not some label-poster-child, but rather I like to buy clothes for their quality. A lot of us have different preferences and different experiences, but I know for one thing that F21 clothes do not last long, but that is because they are cheap. BTW Hollister is cheap and crap quality - their clothes tend to get holes in them really quickly, so yea I never shop there.

lol don't get me started on expensive clothing. When it comes to jeans, I also own a few pairs of premium denim - 7 for all mankinds, true religions, and Rock and Republics.

BTW I do my own laundry, so I am careful with washing my clothes, oftentimes I will handwash things as well when it is recommended/mandatory. Oh yea and i have a job so that pays for all my crazy shopping experiences. :3

Alright, let's play nice. :P
