just got my trial order from lovelyshoes.net

Quality: for the doc martins, the quality was "meh" not very good but not that bad...they fit perfectly aswell. The material was very flimsy. The bow shoes were very good quality but they were very tight in the toe area *shakes fist*. Both were size 38 so i guess sizing isnt very accurate? 3/5

Shipping Cost: Shipping was a motherrrrr....$27.20+$10.00 trial order fee...so the shipping cost was more than that of the shoes 0/5

Price: doc martins: $14.97, bow shoes: $11.25..price is reasonable for the quality.. although if the bow shoes fit perfectly, they would be very cheap given the good quality. 3.5/5

Customer service: customer service was very good. Because of the shipping information i entered didn't show up on the website didn't appear when i tried to view it, i e-mailed them about it to fix the problem (about 4 times) and they replied within an hour max. 4/5

Overall:i would not order from them again...probably better off going to an actual store to buy shoes. Probably won't buy from them unless there were shoes that i realllllly wanted but couldn't get in a shop. Shipping was a complete rip off. Btw any ideas on how to stretch the bowshoes a little by 1cm so my toes can fit in??

Strech them with ice (Michelle Phan tutorial) Hope it helps :]

o.o; I think you're right. Both kevindress and yoyoo are pretty much identical to wlsle..But I haven't heard of those two before now. Ah.. I'll send an email to AFW tomorrow asking them. They're the only one I trust at the moment. :P

* Quality: Verrry nice~ One item's color was a little off, one had a slight sewing problem, and another item didn't come with the front buttons. Out of the 20 items I ordered, those three were the only ones that were like agh. The rest were pretty freaking nice.

* Shipping: Cost $56.2 for shipping, which isn't very bad at all compared to most wholesale websites. I can't remember the exact time shipping took. I think it took about a week and a half? For EMS.

* Price: The cost of the clothes themselves was $76.1. Again, very reasonable compared to other wholesale websites.

* Customer service: I didn't really ask them about anything :| But a couple weeks after I received my order, they got a complaint thingy where you tell them about the bad things in your order and they might refund you money. Eheh, I asked them about it and they let me get like $1.xx refund for the buttons on my black overall dress. They were patient and nice for giving me the refund even if it was just a small amount

* Returns/exchanges: None. Refund? Read customer service above ^

* Do items have tags/labels attached: Yes, most of them had tags and labels.

* Would you buy from them again?: Totally

* Anything else we should know?: Can't think of anything, but I'll come back and edit this post if I do.

WOW o__o The wholesale thread isn't as active anymore now that people aren't really allowed to ask questions.

I ordered from wholesale-dress.net and I'm not satisfied really :/ The total was $16.69.

* Pictures: I'll have to come back later >_<

* Quality: OK. The fabric inside the hood seems kind of cheap. It's soft, but I feel that if I handle it rough enough, it will come off. Other than that, the sweater is pretty alright.

* Shipping: It cost $8.71 because I picked registered mail and it took 21 days to get to the post office. Bleh.

* Price: I guess the price was reasonable. The sweater cost $7.98.

* Customer service: Oh my gawd. So I ordered two sweaters. After days of waiting and not hearing anything about my order, I decided to contact customer service. Turns out one of my items were out of stock so they sent me an email later that day about exchanging the out of stock item with another item. I exchanged it with a different color of the same item. I told that if that item was also out of stock, I would exchange it for another. But then they told me that the item was also out of stock so they shipped out my other item already without telling me >_<

* Returns/exchanges: After all that shiet^ I asked them for a refund for the out of stock item and they agreed. Even the refund process was complicated! I had to keep on asking them about refunding me because the first attempt, the money was sent to my paypal account and then taken out -___- After a lot of bugging them about it, days later, they finally got their man to do it correctly and I got the money back into my credit card.

* Do items have tags/labels attached: Yes, ma'am.

* Would you buy from them again?: Maybe not :/ I think I'll stick to asia-fashion-wholesale.com

* Anything else we should know?: Confirmed the order and paid on August 15, 2009. Shipped on August 21, 2009. Received on September 11, 2009.

I got my wholesale-dress order last week but only had time to take pics today so here's my review:

$31.53+$25.51 (Shipping) = $57.04 (I hate that I live in the UK seems shipping is quite a hefty amount but even so for 7 items it equates to around $8 (£5) each item so not bad)

I do love the style of the belt but there is something wrong with the buckle that it wouldn't click together and it took me ages to connect it together and now I won't unbuckle it in case I can't do it up again, other wise it's very nice but quality so-so

I thought the inner top was white as shown in picture but it's actually a creamy peach colour, but not too fussed. Overall I like it

Slightly a darker green than pic but again, doesn't matter, the fabric is quite thick and good quality very impressed

I love this skirt, very cute and works well with most things, the only problem is it is a bit tight, but at least I don't need to worry about the wind blowing it up but also it is a bit see through so I recommend not to wear dark underwear as it will show

Didn't iron out the dress so it is a bit creasy. Very nice, the quality is OK you get what you paid for as the skirt part is a thin fabric but not see through at all.

Probably my most fave item out of the lot, exactly like the picture and got complimented several times about it when I wore it out. Loves it. The waistband is a bit tight but it's still comfortable

Sorry no pictures, but they do look exactly look like the picture, very pretty

Overall I would buy from Wholesale-dress again, you get what you pay for so don't expect top quality, shipping took about 19 days but I chose registered mail as that was the cheapest option, I also didn't need to pay custom fees

Still a bit miffed that this dress was out of stock though

people are allowed to ask questions, just not the type of stuff that has already been answered or that can be asked directly from the store.. i hope people will still be active to send their reviews!!
i hope the rules don't scare people away :/ but i think it's necessary, otherwise this thread would be full of all kinds of posts & people who want to find the reviews would have hard time :/

well.. cos i ever order from yoyoostyle once.
but most of the quality are really bad

Yes, there is a reason why wholesale is cheap.
1. the pictures you see are 'stolen' pics. They use them to create cheaper peices.
2. The fabric isn't of a high qualtity. Sometimes it's so thin and see trough, other moments they use wrong fabrics for items.
3. they are handmade by sweatshops.. so they can keep it low.

You always have to remember that the items arn't like pics 100%. Colors are off/totally different, lenghts are off, no stretch while it should be, hard/raw fabrics, weird shaped and so on.

Some websites have pictures of the modelled one + a lesser quality picture of the finished product. The colours are often more vibrant or dull than the actual picture. D:

^ Well, Asia-Fashion-Wholesale has those pictures on some of their more recent things with mannequins, from about 2 months ago. Not their really new things though, cause I think they haven't had time to take those pictures yet.

Although I was happy with both my orders from there, I was happier with the second, because I ordered mostly only things i'd seen after the modelling & less things weren't what I expected :]
