Cheap Tote Bags?

Where can I buy good-quality, fashionable tote bags that are large enough to carry my school books? I've been looking around online, and I haven't found a balance between FASHIONABLE and CHEAP (as in $20-).....always one or the other.

Cheap shipping is a bonus too

I just got a tote bag in my favorite color and decorated it myself with beads and buttons and a little Hello Kitty plush. It wasn't much work or money, and it's adorable and unique.

They have some cute things at Hot Topic that are around $20. I just saw a really amazing one with the little mermaid on it when I went last week! But they always have cute ones.

i recommend the japanese shinzi katoh bags. avialable on ebay for around 20$ incl. shipping. the styles are so cute^^

I recommend Rootote if you like cute but grown up-ish prints. The quality is really good ^.^ There are some on the site sumie mentioned above but there are other sizes and designs out there. I have a Rootote in medium size which I got from yesstyle.com...but I think you could probably get it cheaper somewhere else. Yesstyle's shipping is a killer x__x
