Knee High socks and Suspenders

Hi everyone, I'm new at this forum ^^
i was hoping since you guys seem like fashion expertises, you can help me with my situation.

WHAT CAN I WEAR WITH BLACK SUSPENDERS?
i want to wear them haning, but how to i clip them since like.....it can only be clipped to the top/waist of your pants . and when you hang them, the clips are up side down, so would you gotta clip them to your shirt? ><"

and i have a pair of knee high white socks with VERY THIN stripes of like purple, pink , red, green , yellow, blue. well you get the idea. and the stripes are VERY space far apart.
how can i put those into an outfit?

Well, I can totally help you with the striped sock issue. Ever see how decoras wear the striped socks? You can actually layer them. On over another... make layers.

I would clip the suspenders to a belt loop if I was you.
