I cosplay : ) This year I'm cosplaying as my Gunslinger from Ragnarok, Haruhi Suzumiya and Yuffie from FF7. It might change, depending on how much time I have.

It was fun, even if only a few people knew the character.

I used to cosplay,
now I just do lolita~
It's much easier I suppose, haha.

I don't do cosplay.
I think it would be lovely if I did. It seems so much fun.
But it's hard to find costumes. And to make them yourself, too..
And I think it's very expensive.
That sucks.

I cosplay L from Death Note.
Such an easy cosplay to do and so over done, but doing it decently is pretty darn hard for someone with 0 experience with styling wigs. xD

I plan on working on a Konata costume from Lucky Star.

(and almost every VA-area convention)

But I don't cosplay there xD
Usually just there for the tournys.
After I leave that room it's just madness~

If it counts, I used to dress like Misty from Pokémon on a daily basis, when I was like 11 or 12. XD!

I would get my hair cut short and put it in a little pigtail, wear the blue tiny shorts and the yellow tanktop, too, and with oversize sneakers. ^^; The only thing I didn't have was red suspenders, 'cause they didn't use to be very fashionable, so they were real hard to find. xD;

Yeahhh. I was a Pokémon geek, alright ...

if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? (I'm trying to determine if you would remember some stores that were there a couple years ago LOL before they started remodelling everything)...

I live near Springfield Mall...do you ever go up that way??

I attend Otakon every year, SOMETIMES I try to hit Katsucon if it's good..
I haven't really gone to other VA ones just cuz they're too far for me to feel like driving to (like the one in VA Beach), or I just have no time/money (for the one in Tysons).

The metro over there is also the one I use to go up to DC!

I'm currently 16, turning 17 in April.
I've been a mall kid since middle school xD
we would just hang out there every friday, lulz,
it's soooooo lame, hahaha.

ookay~ since you were a mall rat lol...you might remember this...

do you remember a kiosk near Polo/Ralph Lauren, Old Navy, and what used to be VANS (hahaha remember VANS??)....anyways...the kiosk was called "Cool Stuff" and they sold like anime stuff and jewelry and other imported asian stationary and toys? it was the last kiosk in that hallway... (with some hooooott asian guys working there =P haha)

if you remember that little kiosk, they moved to Springfield Mall and opened an actual store about 4 or 5 yrs ago.

Have you seen "Cool Stuff" at springfield mall before? It's upstairs between Demo and Pacsun.

If you know that store~ that's where I work!!!! =D (on weekends)

sooooo...if you are ever up at springfield mall, you should stop by^^ heheh

When I was little I would always buy japanese pokemon cards from the kiosk,
and I've been to that store manymany times!
Although I didn't actually know they were the same, haha.

I'm there working all afternoon on Saturdays, and I work all day on Sunday (open to close). Definitely stop by!

But yup~ it's the same thing! They used to be that kiosk and then they moved to Springfield mall and turned into a store. They used to have tons of Japanese stuff, but since it's not as popular anymore, they kinda brought in lotsa tshirts now...I mean they still get some anime/asian things in, but the tshirts are really popular. They have a nice selection of cute girls tees too^^

wow that's so weird that our paths have probably crossed and we didn't even know it @.@ hahahaha

I cosplay. But I don't have time to make much costumes anymore.

My lastest is Auska from Evangelion. it's off the EGl model. here's a picture below. I have worn it to a convention yet, suppose to do that this year, but never had time. So hopefully, I'll do it next year
