Default HUGE Yiyipf problem!! ~Help!

Hiya, i know you guys use this site sometimes and i was wondering if you could help me out..
i have made 3 orders from them (received 3rd today)..the first 2 were fine with no problem..but this order...they sent me the completely wrong order..i'm guessing mine got mixed with someone elses. Not one item is the same...and i spent about £200 ~ most of which is from other ppl's orders.
i am completely screwed as NO WAY am i gonna pay to post it back and i doubt they'll pay for it..and...their english is rubbish!

HELP!!

OMG that ****in' sucks! The only thing I can think of to do is either contact them ASAP ... Or simply keep the items. =(

Or you could try and sell them here on AsiaJam? Or on eBay?

Not much help, I know. x_x;;;

wow, that really sucks.

There can be an upside to this though.
If you can not get into contact with them and get the right order shipped out, you can sell the items on Ebay or on here and make a profit. So you are not at a total loss, those items sell pretty well anywhere.

Good luck!

really, if they are the ones who's sent the wrong order, they should be the ones paying for the shipping if you want your original things, right? ~ I hope everything will turn out fine, And I bet the one/ones who gets your real order won't keep quiet and send an e-mail to them.. ^^
try writing with as simple english as possible, I know it's hard under these circumstances.. Or you could try find a interpreter over the internet. ^^

thank you so so much for your responses!!
i have contacted them and WOW the language barrier is great. i sent out some long message and all she says is: how many pieces did you receive.. i will have to get some chinese friends to help.

i would sell them..but as i said £100 worth isnt actually for me...i did a combined order with someone else..who is gonna be very mad at me! i really hope they do send it to me..i hope they pay for me to send it back..im just a little scared they will brush this under the carpet and quite frankly there isnt much i can really do if they decide to do that
its kept me worried all day

I doubt they would sweep it under the carpet. They have a rep to uphold. : ) Small companies would, but I don't think yiyipf would. Good luck though.

I think you should get someone who knows how to write chinese fluently to contact them for you. I know some elementary chinese, but dunno if it's enough to get the message across.
