Any1 know a japanese shopping service that speaks English or any individual persons that can HELP me buy some things from yahoo auctions Japan?

I reallyy want to get the nails they have there but i dont speak japanese and no idea what it says

I have paypal and a credit card so I can paypal them the money today and tell them what i want

please help me

EDIT: I looked at the auctions and most will not ship internationally.

What? Why? hu hu cry cry! why? I reelly cant find a good website that ships to America that has cute nails like the japanese do...whY??
