I never ordered from there before, but someone was selling leftovers from that site on Soompi, and most of them didn't look anything like the picture. I remember two of them very clearly, there was a bow on the actual product when there wasn't one on the modeled picture (and it was attached, not a pin or anything), and this supposed tunic was regular shirt length when it was supposed to be a-little-above-the-knee length (as in the modeled pic). So I'd say you shouldn't expect to receive the clothing the same as the ones on the models.
