Since like, winters coming and it's getting
colder where I live, SPIDERS.
Oh god. They're all coming inside
to stay warm.

What's the best way to keep them
from living in your room?
Other than not leaving food everywhere
and such.

And yeah, I'm back after being gone for like a month.
^___^ I was in Anaheim. Los Angeles. And Hollywood.
and Las Vegas. and such. But yeah.

oh yeah i have a similiar problem! except it's not spiders it's lady bugs that are coming into my room. and i dont do anything about it. except vacuum them up. >< they really scare me though. lol

Welcome back! I have that problem. KIND OF. Like, it used to be worse, and it used to be with ants because I was being a dumbass by leaving a bunch of open candy on my desk that I got from the arcade. My stepdad found a miracle: bug spray. I'm serious. We don't even have ants anymore because of that. You can also try looking for little openings in your house, and sealing them, so they can't get in.

Sometimes the creepy crawlers are unavoidable. You can seal up all the cracks in the walls, shut the windows, spray bugspray on every corner but they will still come. I suggest RAID.

umm i guess you could try to make your a widow isn't open (though you said it was cold so i don't know why it would be open in the first place) but yeah i get spiders but in my bathroom i don't really care though unless there the big ugly kind

I had the same problem with ants about a year ago. Try using a good bugspray near the doors and windows of your house. Maybe call an exterminater for suggestions too.

Dx Ew, spiders. We're having the same problem with fiddlebacks. My parents said they'll call the exterminator-dude so that he can do that spider-preventing thing to the house. I hope they dooo... I'm the only one who's afraid of them in my family, though. xP

ewwww spiders, well what i do when i have a spider is squeal then yell *craaaaaaaaaig* & craig cums, laughs at me then picks them up (yes picks them up with his hands) & flushes um down the toilet....i duno how 2 get rid of them apart from do that really just keep flushin um lmao i dont like squishin um cos u can feel um squish n it leaves an icky squish stain on ur wall *yack!* so just squeal until some1 grabs it =)

i caaaan't kill the little guys it makes me feel all terrible on the inside. i also haate them though and WORSE no one else in the house will take care of those little creepers so i always end up doing it

so here is my cruelty free method!

1. scream and dance away

2. place a cup of the icky

3 slowly slip a little piece of paper under the cup

4. pick up the paper and put it on something hard so you can push down on the cup and the hard object (like a book) and carry it outside, release him AND RUUN AWAY

2) ack! i know that at my mom's house, we were constantly getting spiders and such. i think it's probably due to partially open windows/cracks and things. look for that, it might be the problem. o_o

anywho you can actually get really cool spider catchers that suck up the spider into a little valve and keep it there until you can take it outside. so you're getting rid of it but not killing it. sorted

living by myself is the absolute worst. its really lonely and the place i live in is disgusting... i share a bathroom with two girls... one whom i've never even seen. i share the kitchen with the rest of the building but i dont use it to cook because the stove looks so sketchy. noone here knows how to clean apparently. someone keeps leaving FOOD in the bathroom so there will be like a million ants on the bathroom floor. the laundry room is scary to go to as its in the basement and there is the "common room" right beside it which is just three couches that looks like they've been pulled off the street corner (they probably have) and three old tvs. there are tons of weird characters in my building... its not a student building so its a mix of students and poor people. i live in a sketchy area as well and find myself having to walk home alone late at night a lot which is not fun... theres lots of homeless people.. the other day i saw gang members... haha. i was forced to get this place by my jerkface ex-boyfriend who wanted me to get it because it was close to him... but obviously things didn't work out between us and i am stuck here on a one year lease. yeah, just a bit of a rant. haha.

whoa, maybe i'm not so eager to move away from my parents now. i mean i thought i had it bad with my parents nagging me to wash the dishes and take the rubbish out etc but thats nothing compared to living with ppl like what u described. it would drive me mad cos i'm an absolute clean freak and i can't have anything in my room out of place. but what sucks the most is that your in this situation because of your ex-boyfriend. grrr..thats men for you :x
