Zombie Killin' Gear

Hehe so this is just a silly thread so no serious people lol! The other day i was hanging out with some friends when i was delirious (which is usually when i say my more ridiculous and out-there things) and i all of the sudden asked 'What would you guys wear and how would you do your hair if there was a zombie apacolypse?'

Needless to say the original reaction from them was around the lines of 'i'm pretty sure i wouldn't be thinking of that. We will be thinking more about surviving!' So then i had to explain that i really meant post-zombie apacolypse when most of the danger is out of the way with only a fraction of the zombies left!

Of course one of my friends (who is very practical) said army fatigues and boots. BORING! lol i was like whatever i would so wear what Milla Jovovich does in Resident Evil Extinction!



For my hair i would either have it like Rhona Mitra in Doomsday. (sorry there really arn't any good pictures of it!)



Or i would grow it out really long and shave the sides so that it would be a really long mohawk!! no pictures of this jsut an idea!!

Sooooo anywhoooo i was wondering what you guys would wear/do with your hair in this situation!! No need to be serious lol. I know thinking of this is impractical!! Just something fun to talk about/think about!

I would totally dress up as a zombie so I could try and outwit the REAL zombies! This would include ripping clumps of my hair out and hairspraying the rest of it, wearing torn pants/skirt and a filthy top and then of course I'd have to roll around on the floor and deliberately cut my arms and legs so I look a bit more dead-ish It could work, you never know!

haha those actually aren't bad ideas!! i wouldn't though cuz i would be the badass that jumps in hells blazin' shooting every zombie i come across!!

keyblade!!! i forgot to mention that in addition to my badass outfit equipped with awesome guns i would have my sword that has a unicorn head on the hilt!!! (and yes i really do own that!)

At the first mention of any zombies appearing I would've probably blown my own head off because even if I did survive I'd have mental scarring for the rest of my life since everyone who knows me knows I hate zombies with every fibre of my being! (yes I know the aren't actually real)

But if I did gather courage I'd go out in bad ass Matrix style:



Lara Croft ftw! Complete with about a gillion weapons strapped in rather awesome ways to the catsuit. XD

Shoes:



not impractical! I can run in heels and good for kicking zombies! plus they go with the catsuit. ^_^

Hair:



Because Keira has the best hair ever imo.

As a Pittsburgh native, I've put quite a bit of thought into this! After all, George Romero only lives 2 towns away from me!
I would definitely have pants with A LOT of pockets, preferable a jean material because it looks good, but if not I'd deal with cargos. Underneath I'd wear a simple tank top or maybe two layered, and then I'd also have a slim fit yet not constricting jacket on top. So it covers my arms from zombie scratches, keeps me warm, and keeps me moving! Tennis shoes would be smart, but I think I'd rather wear a sexy pair of combat boots, not the manly looking ones. They'd be good for running and you wouldn't get your feet wet if you had to run through the rain or mud. I think I'd keep my make up simple, waterproof mascara and eyeliner with a light translucent powder and a tinted chapstick over a lip stain. That way it's very no fuss but long lasting! And for my hair a ponytail. I'd probably use two hair things to tie it for extra hold! And of course if I had time after I grabbed all my survival supplies I might take the time to curl the ponytail so it looks cute! haha
