2 Quick questions

Before I order, I need to know:

1) Does the PVC bow hair thingy go around your entire head, like a headband, or around a ponytail?


and second....

2) Are the opaque bright solid tights like leggings like this:

I'm not sure about the PVC bow thing.. But from the looks of the picture, it's most likely one that goes around a ponytail.

I ordered one of those leggings before (in black) and they are the first picture. Also, they're not of a cotton material but more of a spandex like material. They look really small because of this but they sure do stretch.. lol
