Good idea/bad idea?

I'm about to sell this skirt for $170:



to get money to buy this dress for $185:



BUT I haven't done so yet. Is it a good trade off? They're both rare pieces, but I'm a bit reluctant to let my beloved skirt go. Tell me I'm doing the right thing?

I don't know what I want! I'd love to keep them both, haha...I was thinking maybe someday, when I have the money again, I could rebuy the skirt.

I'd keep the skirt since you can wear dressy shirt with it to make it lolita or you can wear plain tops with it to make it more casual. With the dress, it is always lolita. lol

Plus, the design on the skirt looks more brighter and happier.

I chose the dress, but I like both of them soo much! >.< I chose the dress because I think it would super cute on you, and since you've already had the skirt for a while, why not try something new?
But it depends on what you want and need, really.

The pattern on the skirt looks so much like the one on the dress! I vote for dress cos it's a really really pretty dress and when you're wearing a dress, on the whole, you stand out more!

i chose the dress because the pattern is very similar to the skirt ...this means u have 2 outfits in one 1) dress 2) u can wear a cardi or top over the dress so it looks like ur wearing a skirt. extra versatile!

i think it depends on how many dresses or skirts you already have... if thats one of your only skirts then itd probably be best to keep it i think. i like the dress better though

I would say keep it. Theres so much you can do with a skirt, dress it up or down it looks adorable all the time. An with a dress its a little harder to accomidate for different occasions. Thats just my opinion though do as you wish ^_^

You can use the dress like a skirt....... but not the skirt like a dress............................................. ....... .................................................. ............. for sure the dress!

I choose the skirt...because you can wear it repeatedly for several days (not consecutive of course!) just match it with different tops. Unlike the dress, you have to wear it as it is, no variation.

Skirt skirt skirt!!!! I saw skirt some more. Another reason I say skirt is because it seems more for a picnic kind of occasion because of the pattern on it and it is almost time for some real summer fun and you NEED that skirt. lol
