Help avec Anime??

Kay, so I've been trying to draw anime for the past 2 monthes, but something about the way I'm drawing & coloring them just doesn't look right >.< If you are semi-experienced with drawing anime, could you give me a few tips Pleeeeaseee

maybe it would turn out better if you used manga as a reference instead of err, anime? I dont know if that makes sense, haha. Just like a more sketchy, less sharp, style. Your drawing looks really good, but as far as specifics go, the nose probably doesnt have to be as defined. The mouth looks a little too far up from the chin also. I dont mean to insult you, of course, just offering some con crit ^ ^;

I cant help with the coloring at all since I just leave my drawings in black and white (they almost always look better that way unless you really know what youre doing)

The shoulders look a little too stiff, I know it's anime but the area between the neck and shoulders is a little too flat.

For a beginner though, it's not too bad.

When you draw, do you start with a skeleton, or do you just draw it all out in one go?

She looks great! You have a cool style!

I'm no anime expert, but if you want to try something different maybe make the chin a wee bit pointier and move the ears down so that they are centered just a tad below the eyes and above the nose.

She looks awesome, though, and I love her hair... I'm a fan! Anime is so hard, but you're rocking it!
