Tattoos.

it's a clover... i was born on St. Patrick's day, and my mom's family is Irish.

i did it on a whim, and i love it.

I wish I had the guts (and money) to get a tattoo...I'm afraid of needles.
Besides those two things, I'd really love to get a small one somewhere discreet, like my hipbone or in the middle of my back.
