I feel..
really really broke. OMG! I'm in such a need for money but I don't even have a job nor do my parents pay me for babysitting my little bro and sis.
Maybe I should ask for some sort of compensation after babysitting them after so many years..:[

Happy Birthday Demoipourvous!!
I'm sorry to hear that your birthday wasn't so good. I'm about the same age as you are, so I can totally relate the the quarter life crisis! My parents always wonder what the heck I'm doing with my life... but the economy is so bad right now that it's impossible to get a career going when everyone is being laid off!! I just remind them of that when they start asking. So scary..
Anyway, I hope that something awesome happens to you tomorrow! I'll send lots of happy post-birthday thoughts your way!

Yeah i heard a few months ago that a lot of place are firing young people to hire older, more experienced people and a lot of places won't even hired teenagers or younger adults anymore. like how are the young people supposed to find jobs to support themselves while going to school or whatever they're doing? i think its messed up. i hate the economy. x.x

Re: the 'I feel' thread.
Demoi: your 25th birthday i think is one of those important meaningful birthdays! Because you're 25!! a quarter of a century old which is awesome! I felt sad reading that post though. When everyone around you is putting you down, its so hard and i don't blame you for crying your eyes out. i can't really relate all that much because im not 25, but my last couple birthdays, none of my friends called, text, wrote me, or hung out with me or got me anything at all. i think one of my friends did, she remembers everyone's birthdays. but nobody else that i thought was my really good friend said or did anything for me and i felt down at first, but then i just started to think that maybe my birthdays aren't as important as i thought so i had a whatever attitude. but then again i didn't have all that other stuff happening and again, i wasn't turning 25 ;__;
I really hope you'll feel better soon and your parents get off your back about so many things. You seem like you work very hard and help them out with lots of things.

Re: the 'I feel' thread.
I feel...a little more chipper.
Seeing Mama Mia helped and reading all your nice posts was a great boost as well.
JunGaeHyuk - Thank you for the greeting The thought of you giving me a hug has made me feel better already.
AmyLou - Hugs back to you as well. Thank you
mallorymaloney - I guess once you hit a certain age, some parents just don't think birthdays are a big deal anymore. Thank you so much for the card I love it and saved it...LOL!
13th_hr - Thank you for the greeting Yeah, my sister was a little frightened at how much I was crying. Poor baby, she was so confuzzled how one card could bring out the waterworks. Oh and I hope you get your package soon. I forgot, I need to PM you something about it...hmm...PM'ing you in a while.
Nattfall - Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear about your friends...if they are friends at that. That was a really insensitive thing to do. I guess your sister and I have something in common. I'm taking up linguistics and literature. Not much of a future in my parent's eyes. And the fact that I'm also working as an english instructor and doing buy and sell businesses on the side doesn't hold much weight for them either.
faye - Thank you Nice to know someone close to my age is around And the post happy birthday posts have arrived in boatloads
Kavi - Thank you for the greeting I'm feeling much better now. It's odd (in a very, very good way) that there can be a support system like this online and it really has helped in picking my mood up. Nope, they're still the same to me and I guess it will just get worse with time until I finally meet their standards, whatever those standards might be.

Re: the 'I feel' thread.
^ Oh I'm glad that you're feeling better and yea the jammers are awesome.
It surprises me too that there could be such a supportive forum.
Your sister will come to understand one day. lol
I know how you feel about that. How one little gesture makes you cry your heart out.
Yea I can't wait to get the package! so many cute hairclips and sushi phone charms!! XD (I bought some for my sisters hence the reason half your stock is gone of those bow clips, lol.XD) I will wait for your pm!
oh and I feel relieved!!!
I passed my drivers test today! yatta!
I was so nervous that when I was trying to change gears, it wouldn't go to friggin' drive! It went to reverse and neutral and whatever gear there was except drive! I was so embarrassed! (its the one that's behind the steering wheel instead of the one beside your seat) You have to put a certain amount of pressure to change them. and boy my pressure was out of whack. It never happened to me before. It took like 30 secs! you know how loooong that is with the driving instructor looking at you, waiting.
I almost died of embarrassment. Luckily they dont mark you on that...

Re: the 'I feel' thread.
Lot of mixed feelings!
MAD because the tv we just got fixed broke AGAIN.
Anxious, my boyfriend is finally coming home from 3 months sailing across the globe, and not only do I get to kiss him and hug him again, but he's bought bento boxes, cd's, pocky and tons of other goodies from Japan.
Sad, because I just watched D-tox, a thriller starring Sylvester Stallone. It's so tragic!
Hungry, even though I just pushed a couple of delicious toast w/ butter and honey down my throat. Might be wiser to grab an apple this time...

Re: the 'I feel' thread.
Dear Dem,
Happy Birthday........to US. *great big giant Jammer HUGS* I'm so sorry your special day didn't turn out very, well, special at all. I think sometimes the people who are closest to us forget that they, too, ought to make an effort to make your day fun and memorable. I can empathize with the whole "what are you doing with your life?" conversation, too. Just last week, my younger (!) brother chewed me out for not studying something "real" in college so I could "make money." >< I think you're wonderfully smart and articulate. I always like reading your posts and things. And I think we've already established that I love your taste in accessories. We all love you and we're sending happy birthday cake wishes towards you with our brain waves, hehehehe.
--Casi
I feel....
cranky. >< I'm very sore and tired and would love nothing more than to fall in my bed at home and sleep for about twelve hours. Just one of those rare, icky days where nothing goes right and everything irritates you beyond belief? Yeah, definitely one of those. Blarrrrgh. *hides under the covers*
