I don't know about the quality of the phones personally, but I was just in Korea less than a month ago, and the iphone itself is nowhere to be found. Something about apple and the cell phone companies not being able to come to an agreement. Anyway, I don't think I would feel very confident in iphone copies from Korea when all actual iphones are absent from the country...
