so I'm always reading entertainment news on KBS global and that's where I saw this

Season 2 of the hit KBS drama series 'Full House' is in the making.

Park Chang-sik at Kim Jong-hak Production says "Jo Jeong-hwa has been working on the script for a year and the script is ready for the 3rd episode so far. Overseas shooting is also under review."

Casting will begin this year and the drama will be filmed and aired next year. The director has yet to be decided.

Park says "The first series in 2004 was beloved at home, in China and Southeast Asia so that many Asian broadcasters offered to produce their own series. A well made season 2 could hit it big at home and abroad. It's unclear whether Rain and Song Hye-kyo will be recast."

Full House, which ended airing in September 2004, was based on a popular same-titled Korean comic by Won Soo-yeon about a trendy young couple's love story. Rain and Song were touted as the most lovely drama couple.
so what do you think... is it a good or a bad thing??

My opinion about this is.. that it is GREAT Full House was the first Kdrama I watched and I love it.. if the second is as good as the first.. I'll love it too

omg tha would be awesome i hope rain and song does it though cause it wont be the same lol. but one thing is i mean what is it gonna be about.....

yeah I was wondering the same.. but maybe it's based on the second Full House graphic novel.. well I didn't know Full House was based on a novel.. and I don't know where the second book is about.. but maybe someone knows

I really hope Rain will get off his lazy bum and be Young-Jae again!!! AND HYE-KYO! <3 I loved her sooo much! I was just thinking about FULL HOUSE today, how I act a lot like her (constantly talking and laughing at nothing...) and my boyfriend is like Young-Jae (just sitting there half-listening) xDD

I haven't even finished the first one yet though. I saw the last 2 episodes in Chinese xD So, I guess I technically have "finished" it, just that, I didn't have subtitles on the last 2 since they were also in Chinese >>;

Anyways. YES, I can't wait! It'll make me feel better after finding out yesterday that Shenmue 3 might not be a reality T___T

I just found out about this like 2 daaays ago.I rly hope Full House 2 comes back with the ORGINAL cast,but Rain seems busy "Raining all over america" xD
I freaked out when I was randomy turning channels and Rain was RIGHT THERE! and Goong was coming on next.I found the motherload.But,back on topic Full House 2 = Awesomnesssss.And alot of good dramas are coming back for second season:

Goong 2 (I hope with orginal cast)
Nodame Cantaible 2

If Rain does happen to be in the show, I will just be surprised. He really hasn't been doing anything... is he even touring right now? Even if he is, I still consider him lazy, at least compared to Se7en. That man kept releasing single after single during his tour, it was amazing. Stupid Bi, DO SOMETHING! xD

At least he'll be in Speed Racer for like, 2 seconds... still not much of a time filler though; sing man, SING! Or act! ..something.. o_o

I'm probably gonna sound like a party-pooper but I'm not really liking the idea of 'Full House 2' the first one was good...but for some reason, I just don't like this... (just my opinion...

I'm more curious to see what they have in store for the second season. Korean dramas are always good, so I'm not worried.

actually Rain wont be in there for two seconds thats what his manager says. he has a really important part and he said that he wont be in there for a second. it said that his character ties into the plot too soo im guessing he has a important part. but i do have to agree with you i iwish he can be more active you know. (i hope i dont sound like a know it all ^^)

but back to topic! hmmm i kind of dont think they should make a full house2 cause i mean the series ended well and it makes the drama like 'wow i loved it!' ya know it gives it more popularity. if they make a knew one it just starts to get played out and boring just what i think ^^

Haha. I figured he and the Japanese guy that are gonna be in the movie are gonna be there for a second just because it's an American movie, and they're greedy. Like when ORANGE RANGE's song was used in the F4 movie, I heard it was played like, VERY faintly, or else in the credits... I don't remember. >>;
I remember he did say he was going to have an important role, but I guess we'll see. Lol.

Yeah, that's totally true. But I'm anxious. It'll do well if Song Hye-Kyo and Bi are recasted, otherwise it definitely will lose popularity if they aren't, I think.. :/ Either way, I'll give it a shot. ^^;

haha I love them too, that is why I was so happy hearing that there was comming a full house 2.. but now I think about it.. maybe it is just.. hmm don't know how to say it in English.. but maybe they are making a 2 because the first was a succes.. so they make a good storyline but when you see it it's like... is that it

I would probably end up watching it, but I can't imagine how it would go. The story ended well in the first series. I haven't read it, though, so I don't know if there is more that could be told. And if they had a different cast, well it could turn out like Goong S which I heard was not nearly the success of the first.

Rain has been touring, and dealing with a lot of other issues. His concerts in the U.S. were canceled because of a lawsuit against him for using the name Rain. Apparently there is a company and also a Beatles cover band under them who think they own it. His only remaining U.S. concert in L.A. was canceled right before it was supposed to begin because of his equipment not being allowed. He's also decided to leave the company that was managing, I don't know if he already has. But, yeah, he has stuff going on.

Whaaaat? Are you serious? Wow...I mean, i loved Full House, one of my favourite Korean dramas, but is it necessary to have a second one? the first one ended off nicely..

I loved the first one. But I hope Rain and Song Hye-kyo wouldn't be replaced.

If Rain and Song arn't re-cast, I probabally won't watch it since I think they made the story. Now I want top re-watch it T_T

Yeah I'm deciding whether or not I'd watch it if Rain and Hye-Kyo aren't recast... it seems kinda pointless if it isn't them. :/
Just because Bi is "busy" with "life" and staring at himself in the mirror all day, I wonder if he'll be able to make room for the role. (Sorry, but I think he's been lazy lately!) xD;
