fast food in korea (fun facts)

XD me and my friends were having this funny conversation about korean fast food (im korean XD)

(correct me if im wrong)
there are kimchi hamburgers in korea o_O.
there are only TWO taco bells in the whole entire S. korea.
pizza hut has many different toppings including bulgogi(korean marinated meat) o_O

and i remember this short joke someone told us.

*mcdonald in korea*
american guy: hey can i get one combo meal?
korean cashier: huh? combo meal?
american guy: yes combo meal.
korean cashier: huhh? combo meal? whats that?
american guy: you know the one with the fries, drink, and burger! combo meal?!
korean cashier: OOHHHH do you mean MEAL SET (*in korea set is pronounced the same but with a korean accent) ?!

lol yes they have kimchi burgers AND bulgogi burgers at their mcd's. I was like WTH?!?! And I was not gonna buy one lol it looked too strange....

And well, about the Taco Bells..where I live, we dont have ANY XD

Lol kimchi burgers actually do sound good! I don't even love kimchi by itelf but it sounds good in a burger... I'd try it!

I like how different McDonalds in different places in the world have unique menus most of the time.
I went to Hawaii's McDonalds and I ordered rice, eggs, and spam off the breakfast menu.
I thought it was really good haha XD

i'll try and explain the best i can.

The American guy tries to order a combo meal, but he doesnt know how to communicate with the korean cashier.
Combo and Set are pretty much the same thing.
So even if the American guy tried so hard to explain what he wanted, he couldn't say "set" even if it's pretty common if you were korean..
