I love the audry hepburn one and the rihanna one looks like you did it quickly..??
I'm just comparing it to the audrey one...and its like you didn't take the time to capture rihanna in a sense that you did for audrey....does that make sense to you?? lol

hahaha ! tbh , I drew Audrey Hepburn with the lights turned off and in 25 minutes !! But Rihanna was like hmmmm ... about 1 hour ??
plus i'm always distracted and in a hurry when i sketch .. i'm not that serious about it .. but i wish i was !!

Actually I like rihanna better.. but then i don't know who she is and i just like the artwork there.. the audrey hepburn one didn't look quite like her cause i know her.. haha.. but is it water color? charcoal? pastel? pencil?? can't tell...

oh hahaha XD well when you think about it, the quicker you draw something probably means you were a lot focused and in tune with the drawing then you are with a drawing that took you an hour. cuz you could have been distracted a lot and werent focused within that hour; thats why you took so long to finish it...just a theory.
that why I see the audrey one looks more focused and the rihanna one more lazy? for the lack of a better word. like it was more difficult so you just did it to finish it?? meh im no art critic hahaha

I don't like it when portraits of famous people look exactly the same as the person, I like it when the portraits capture the "essence" of the star.
I get that from the audrey one but not the rihanna one, rihanna is more glamourous...if you get what I mean. lol

I know i'm still not perfect at making the drawing look exactly the same. But I like Audrey hepburn's pose more and how it turned out despite the fact i cud've drawn better if i gave it more time ?

And cool , to answer your question . I only used pencil. But different than normal pencils , i'll give you the name later
