I could tell right away that you were inspired by Koge Donbo, which is a really good thing because most people I know who try her style don't succeed at it.

It's pretty good. There's a couple things you could work on. The heads angles are too far to the right. Try to balance it out a little bit more. The hat looks like it's coming off too much, try to put it lower and make it so that the hair looks like it's coming out from underneath the hat, instead of pushing the hat off. The body structure is great, you just have to work more on the head shape and positioning of hats. ^^ It's a super cute picture too
