Default question....

First of i just wanna say that this might be the most stupid question you've ever heard. And I'm a absolute noob when it comes to buying online. I'm sorry!

Anyway just wanted to ask why they don't ask for your credit card number when you order something? (I've never bought anything here before btw)
Because when I've ordered things of amazon and yesasia they always ask for the credit card number.

If you think this is a silly question sorry for wasting your time

mmm, i'm really not much help seeing as i haven't bought from asiajam yet....but i will be next week!!!! anywho, back to business, they should ask for credit details I think. I mean how else would you pay. according to the faqs their accepted methods are credit card and paypal. stupid question, but have you added your items, gone to the checkout and filled in all your details correctly?

Do you mean like... you expected to fill in your card details when you signed up for an account? As in the way amazon saves your details so you don't have to re-enter them every time you make a purchase? Here you just get directed to a secure server each time (ie Cart>Checkout>Confirm>Payment Details etc)

Unless you go for paypal, in which case you're paying after you've made the order I suppose... I've never used it before.

yep i have signed up for the actual website.
this is what ive done so far :
Logged in
added the things i want to the cart.
click checkout
next they asked if i wanted standard shipping or express. i picked standard
then they asked paypal or Secure Credit Card Payment and the billing address. so i put in the billing address and picked Secure Credit Card Payment. And thats all they asked
then they just ask me to confirm that everything but i didn't click confirm order (since it means they'll ship it all out).

so yeah they never asked for a credit card number. they just asked for a billing address.

AhIseeee. After you click confirm, you then get redirected to a secure site (ezernet.com) which basically processes your payment on behalf of asiajam. You get to review your order again from there though.

If you aren't getting redirected, then it might be your browser? I dunno.

has the problem been sorted out now, maybe you should send a email to asiajam and they could help you further.
