Experiencing repeated login problems? Lets solve it!
Dear Jammers,
We're calling all help possible to solve a problem that has been a pain to many customers for a few months now...
Reports have been pouring in that there is a bug in our system that prompts users to login again and again every time a link is clicked even after logging in!
As promised, we're trying our best to figure out how to fix this bug. Our problem is: None of us at AsiaJam are experiencing this problem so if we can't experience it, we can't know what's wrong!
My big request to all of you is:
If you are experiencing this problem, HELP US EXPERIENCE IT TOO by giving a step-by-step recount of how you stumbled into this login problem.
Interested to help? Here's what you need to do:
First, make sure your cookies are set to Medium or Medium High. Here's how you do it:
- If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy. Set to Medium or Medium High and click 'Apply' and 'OK'. For other web browsers, this setting is also usually available in your Internet Privacy settings.
Then, include what link you clicked on from the time you entered http://www.asiajam.com and what page appeared in your screen. Do this by copying the URL of every link you click and the URL of every page that appears.
VOILA! Once we've collected enough information for us to work on, we promise we'll try our best to eliminate this problem once and for all!
You can send your replies by replying this post or by contacting us here: http://www.asiajam.com/catalog/contact_us.php
A VERY BIG THANK YOU in advance for your help!
Looking forward to your replies.
Love, AsiaJam.com

Has this problem been fixed?
Since I've been trying to follow the steps for a while, but I've actually never been redirected to the log-in page.

Yuny,
I think you're missing some steps. You need to tell us what exact steps you made.
You say:
1. You went to www.asiajam.com
2. Then you clicked on 'bags'. You should arrive at: http://www.asiajam.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/9
3. then you say, you go to, http://www.asiajam.com/catalog/login.php , but how did you arrive at that page? What link did you click?
At bags, maybe you should 'add an item' to your shopping cart, then only login to buy or something.
Please be more specific so we can trail your steps to see where you got wrong.

I have set the cookies on medium high.
Still having the same problems -
basically when i try to go on any other page after the main one, it redirects me to the log in page. http://www.asiajam.com/catalog/login.php
I'm new and don't have an account, and when i click to get one it just shows me the same page over and over and over again.
Hope it gets sorted out cause i want to shop and see all your cool stuff cause i hear its fantastic!
I'm on aol btw.

Most AOL users experience browsing problems so if you're an AOL user, the first step you should take is switch to Internet Explorer browser and change the browser's cookie settings to Medium High.
See if it works.
If it still doesn't work, come back here and report the steps you took as instructed above. Also, don't forget to include your operating system (eg. Windows XP , Windows 2000) and any other setting/technical information you think might be useful. The more detailed your report, the easier it is for the tech team to crack the problem.
Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. As a temporary solution, try a different computer if you have access to one.

Login/create....
I just joined the AsiaJam Forum. I'm not sure if you create one account for the forum and one account for the shopping. But that's what I think. Well, I created an account for the forum. I went to create an account for shopping and it redirected me to the create account page. I tried using the e-mail address and password that I created for the forum and it automatically redirected me to the login page. (This page has a link to login and a link to create an account.) But, whatever the reason.... I cannot create and account or login to look at the products/items. I cannot go to any pages except the forum area. Every time I try it directs me to the create account/login page. I hope someone can fix the problem.... I really want to go shopping!

It happens to me in other forums, but not this one. To solve:
Delete all the cookies in IE.
Delete cookies for AsiaJam forum only if you have Firefox.

I'm facing the same problem too! I'm new to the site and i love online shopping, so i thought of looking around to see what's being offered. When i first click on anything (i.e Tops/skirts/classic streetwear/sleekchic) I am able to view the first page of each category. However, when i proceed on to click on either page 2 or a subcategory, i get redirected to the login page. I thought by signing up, i could solve the problem but no. I can't view anything without being directed to login with the exception of stuff from Community Forum onwards..
fyi - I've already tried everything listed above but i'm still facing the same problem. I thought by downloading Firefox I could solve it but it didn't work
