I've just recieved my first order, and everything is amazing.
But when I arrived to the post office I discovered I had got to pay 16.99 euros, and I did it. But I don't know why I had got to pay this money.
Why?

It was probably a currency that you had to pay or something.
It says that when you order, depending on where you live,
it may cost more or you may have to pay additional charges.
This is what it says in FAQ;

Yeah, this happens with DHL for some reason. I got a tax too when I ordered something, but when I order other things and have it go through other mail services there's no tax. ^^;
For some going through customs incrues duties and taxes. Certain countries want to make a bit of money off of the things you buy even if it is international. I think AsiaJam warns about that possibility.

crappy shipping you can't get it deliverd to your house?
if they ship it to your house and yo'ure not home it goes tot he post office.
and they either ship it out again the next day, I think, or you could pick it up.
That's pprobably what happened.
