A little problem...

Hello!! ^^;

I just sat down to make a few purchases on AsiaJam, and encountered a problem. The drop down menu for "select size" doesn't have any options on any of the products (I double-checked with many random things), so when I click "add to cart" it prompts me to choose a size... even on things like hair clips! I know it's not just that these items are sold out, because they still have drop-down options for color and none of the items I've clicked at random have anything in the "size" box. Is this just a problem on my computer, or is anyone else experiencing this?

Hello! Sorry for addressing this problem a little late.

Here's to clear up some misconceptions:

---> If you can choose a color, you can surely choose a size. The item is not sold out unless there is no color option at all.

---> If you couldn't choose a size after choosing a color, then there might be a problem with your browser's configuration. If you are not already using Internet Explorer, kindly try switching your browser to Internet Explorer to see if the size option works.

If the problem still persists, contact AsiaJam.com with your browser type, version and operating system (eg. Internet Explorer 5.0 Windows XP)

We're not sure what exactly causes this problem yet. This problem is quite rare as most customers have no problem choosing a size. We suspect it could be a browser problem but we're still probing.

Did you experience the same problem as well? If you did, could you paste the URLs of the items that does not have a size option? This info will help the Techies look into it further. Thanks

^The link posted takes me to a page that says "You have already activated your acount". Do you know what the name of the item you want is?
