Yea, so...it's from a member in egl (again) for $55. I was lucky to be there at the right time, having to compete with a community of 4,000 members x_x;
The seller says she got it from a shop in Singapore.

By chance are you wearing a petticoat beneath the skirt? I had a dress similar to that, but the skirt is no where near as poofy!

Yes! You gotta have a petticoat for volume, otherwise it's just flat :\
Asiajam is selling one actually, though Elegant Gothic Lolita Clothing and Accessories has a good rep for their quality, comfy pettis.
