Got my things in the mail from http://forum.asiajam.com/garage-sale...tuff-sale.html and I had to try it on. I got the scarf and legwarmers from googly_bear. Also got a pair of baby hair band but I didn't pull my hair back.

Anyways, I LOVE the outfit I put together. It is simple but still has a FRUit look to it I think.

That is VERY sweet! I love the layerings of legwarmers, especially that blue polka dot one. And your skirt....GAH it makes me want to rip it off your hips (did I just type that out? lol..)

You look fabulous, and I can certainly see you as a great decora!!

I got my skirt for like $2 when I went to a beach boardwalk during the winter!

I got the blue polka-dotted legwarmers from Claire's and the sherbert colored ones from googly_bear. She sells a few things on this forum. I posted her thread in the first post.

Well, since I jsut got some of the stuff yesterday I have not worn it out but I have worn something very similar to it out (including bright pink legwarms..people loved them)

Oh yea, my legwarmers may look a little lumpy around the ankles because I was so excited and eager to get pics taken and posted that I didn't care if they were messd up. Hehe

I just love the way you layered them over the polka dot ones - very creative ~^.^~ Claires, eh? I better take a look next them i pass by one.

You know what, you really inspired me when i saw this post for the first time. I've been kinda stuck in a (fashion) rut for awhile now; I bought a pair of navy crochet knee highs from UO recently, but was thinking of selling them because they just didn't seem to look all that nice on me when worn alone. Anyways, after seeing your pictures, i decided to give it one last try since i really do like the socks, and layered them over a pair of opaque white tights (which i used to use for ballet).

. . . They look SOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!! Not as good as yours does

but pretty good if i do say so myself

I'll post some pics if i can. But just had to say Thank you

Now i have to go buy some more hoisery so i can come up with new combinations
