Denim Skirt? Help me pleeeease!

Hi!
I have a nice denim skirt, but.. I got nothing match with it!
I'm a ribbon lover, while this skirt is some kind of.. like.. punk or something?
But I loveee this skirt very much.
However, since I can't match it, I'm thinking of selling it for 25 bucks..

BUT before that, Um..
I'd like to ask your opinion, how should I wear this one? (I mean, with what top?)
Quite confused right here.. heeeeeeeeeeeeellp

Really, if I can match it, I won't sell this one cuz I love it a lot!

aha i don't know exactly, but i think denim skirts are the kind of thing you can wear with almost any top. it' s such a nice skirt, too ~~ <3

I think you could wear it with a white or pink wifebeater top to make it more girly!

Or maybe one of those wifebeaters that have that stretchy lace along the bottom?

Then pair it with pink or white flip flops, fake pearls, chunky sunglasses, put your hair in a messy/casual ponytail, and carry a big metallic purse, and you'll look super trendy and super girly. ^_~

but I think they would make a great outfit. esp. with chunk sunglasses.

Normally, I would but some heavy boots underneath a skirt.. and wear a cute top on it.. something with cupcakes and all ^__^ girly yet me XD

a skirt like that... can go with everything I think. jeans and jeans skirts can match almost with everything.

Wear it with thigh high black and white stripy socks and black pumps with a bow on them

A simple white top will go well, you could get one with frilly/poofy sleeves or something

If you want, add an oversized pink button cardigan with cute accessories! You could tie a pink ribbon over your wrist as a bracelet, or go for chunky tan accessories.

I'd say wear a simple black off shoulder-top (to give a lil sexy appeal), with a black beanie, black high knee socks, grey or white high slouchy boots, cross earrings and a long cross necklace...and u'll look aweeesoomeee

but I'm still not sure for the top...

Are you sure it matches? since, you see, the skirt has metal chain on it?

Anyway, I can't wear pumps! I walked like a penguin while wearing high heels XD

I would buy a pink belt, so that the skirt would look a little more girly and that pink wifebeater top. I wear stupid things, but it's still fun to help, even when I don't really care what I wear :3 Sry for my bad english

I think the chain might still work! But, if you think it looks bad, you can just remove it. ^^;

Oh darn, I was going to suggest a pink top! XD;

The cute little bear's red heart looks cute... I think even a red top would look great with it!

The trend right now with denim skirts also seems to be either black leggings/tights or loose socks. Pair that with some red converse and I think that would be really cute!

I wouldn't think matching things with that skirt would be hard honestly.

'Girlie' items would go fine with the skirt,
a mix of 'rough' and 'soft' designs usually turns out really cute and cool.
Although I would have also suggested a nice pink,
a light pink like that goes along with greys like that really nicely -
those would be two of my favorite colors to put together.

Almost any female clothing store will sell lacey undershirts like that
in a variety of colors.
I'd suggest white if you don't like pink, or silver if they have any,
but there are lots of other color that could work as well.
Then you'd want a shirt to wear over that,
which could be pretty much anything that goes together color/style wise.
A normal fitted t-shirt would work fine.

Honestly I wouldn't suggest wearing stripe socks,
for one they would be too noisy
since you already have a lot of detail with the lace shirt and the details on the skirt,
also I don't think they even look good or match most of the time.
If you want more on your legs I'd suggest white tights, opaque or not,
or legwarmers.

For shoes I guess boots would work,
I tend to usually wear flats with my denim skirts.

Beanies I think look funny x_x

It does look kind of punkish. You should wear the skirt with black tights and silver flats with maybe pink ribbon bow. Then as top, wear black or pink like these ones:

and tie a ribbon around the waist. It should make it work. XD Since I've worn clothes like that.
