Default Fun with Lolita blouses

I don't know if I'm happy, I got these two blouses. The material- it's so thick. Nice, detailed... very nice. But, it doesn't look like what it was online. I mean, of course its not. But I bought them from YinYics closet. And... they're really big on me. Not really big, but they're definitely not form fitting or anything. On the pink and white one, the sleeves are so baggy, and the shoulders make me look huge or something. The plain white one isn't so bad... xD

So like, I don't know about wearing the pink & white one to school, cause I'll probably be made fun of. xD Sigh.

Nice bathroom pictures, right?

I LOVE the back on the white one. It would be a shame to cover it up with a skirt!
As for the sleeves, there's no easy way to fix them but you can make them shorter (and the sleeve puff smaller and cuter) by moving up the elastic or the band on the edge of them.

I had and still have problems with lolita blouses being way too puffy and long on the sleeves. Never really know what to do with them, so I always sold them back to the community. Well, there's one blouse that I keep, but I always wear a cardigan to hide it. Maybe you can do that?

Yeah, the sleeves are so puffy... It's such a bummer if you're looking forward to your stuff and than it doesn't fit right. Especially if the photos on the website looked different.

I like the second blouse. the back is awsome.
I never really like lolita blouses since they are a bit to much for me.
but the second one looks great. esp. on normal jeans.

the first one isn't really awsome.. but like katz said wear a cardigan over it.

Honestly I really don't like the first one,
not even just because of the sleeves~

The second one looks really beautiful though!
I think it looks great on you even if it is a bit big.
Even though the sleeves are poofy on that one I like them a lot!

I have an idea. Would the first one be better if I snipped off the bow? And then I could probably make the bow for a head band or something else.

That could work out :3

Have you considered resizing them at all?
I've begun to resize most of my clothing -
most simply by just taking the sides it,
which isn't hard at all to do.
I think that would help out a lot with the pink one!

I would get the bow of, rezise them a bit.. and maybe even remove the white part of the sleeves. but than again, It can be a waste of money.

can't you return it because it's not the way it had to be?

but the idea of making a headbow sounds awsome!

Oh :O
If you want to have them resized
I'd be willing to do it actually!
Often if you get them done at a store it can be super expensive,
so the offer is open if you want~<3

Well, how exactly do you resize it? @_@; Thank you a lot for the offer, by the way.

It's easiest to just take it in on the sides xD
If you have a sewing machine and are good with measurements
then it's pretty easy to do~
You could also do that with the sleeves as well :3

Um, something along the lines as:
http://community.livejournal.com/t_s...y/3607643.html
but not as complicated since it's not a t-shirt xD

the white one looks better.. the pink ones look so puffy and big,.
I think you can wear the white one.. to school etc.

but yea, i hate it when you look forward to your order and when it arrives, it doesn't fit.. especially when it's to big (nothing can be TOO short or small for me, believe me >.<)

xDD Yeah, thanks ikea for the bathroom.

I bought the blouses off of ebay, just do a search for lolita things, and you'll find some decent things.
